Roberta Ranes

Biography

Roberta began her legal career in 1999 as a file clerk at a small trial defense firm after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Inspired by her early exposure to the legal field, she pursued a career as a paralegal.

With extensive experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation, Roberta brings strong skills in investigative research, case organization, and administrative support. She has contributed to complex class actions and smaller legal matters across multiple jurisdictions in state and federal courts, including criminal cases, civil proceedings, appellate arguments and trials.

Outside of work, Roberta enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, playing volleyball and tennis, and volunteering as a sports photographer for charity tournaments.
