Taylor Frazier

Taylor is a highly skilled paralegal with nearly a decade of legal experience and deep expertise in e-discovery. She plays a pivotal role in managing data-intensive, high-stakes cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initial collection through trial.

Before joining Sharp Law in 2025, Taylor was the first e-discovery specialist at UMB Financial Corporation, where she led e-discovery operations and implemented the company’s internal legal hold process.

Her career includes experience in both large in-house legal departments and national law firms, where she has supported multi-million-dollar trials, managed complex litigation, and handled diverse matters ranging from commercial real estate and tort defense to intellectual property. Taylor is recognized for her advanced knowledge of legal technology and proficiency with leading e-discovery platforms.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in literature, language, and writing with a business minor from The University of Kansas and is a graduate of the Emerge Leadership Program.
