Biography

After retiring from the firm in 2021, Barbara Carr returns to Sharp Law as of counsel in 2023. She brings over thirty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters throughout the United States. Since 2003, Barbara has been appointed as counsel in many class actions pending in both state and federal courts. Her practice has focused primarily on oil and gas class litigation but has included employment discrimination matters, consumer protection matters, and securities law matters.
