Biography
Henry joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025. He supports all phases of the firm’s class action and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on antitrust, consumer protection, and oil and gas. Henry is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Kansas.
Henry earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a minor in German, from the University of Missouri, where he received a Bright Flight Scholarship from the State of Missouri. While at Mizzou, he served as a Cultural Ambassador for the study abroad program and was an active member of the German Club. Henry earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law after completing his first year of law school at the University of Kansas. At KU, he received a CALI Award for Contracts and served as a research assistant for Professor Michael Hoeflich.
Henry grew up in Springfield, Missouri, and is proud of his Ozarks roots. Outside the office, Henry enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling – having visited 37 countries so far.
